摘要
介绍了金、银等贵金属纳米材料(noble metallic nanomaterials,NMNMs)的制备研究及其作为一种新型标记纳米材料在快速药物检测及生物检测中的重要作用。重点总结了贵金属纳米材料的优异性质,常用的制备方法及其近年来在快速检测药物及生物传感器等领域的应用进展。简要评述和展望了贵金属纳米材料的发展方向和应用前景。
As a new kind of nanomaterial, noble metallic nanomaterials （NMNMs） has recently received increasing attention due to its unique characteristics, which make it good candidate for drug rapid detection and biological detection. The review first addresses the typical characteristics of NMNMs, and then summarizes the recent developments of preparation methods of NMNMs and its application in the area of drug rapid detection and biological sensors. Finally, the trends and future perspectives in this research area are outlined.
