摘要 金属—橡胶复合V形弹簧主要应用于城市地铁、轻轨等机车车辆的一系悬挂系统,可以传递轮对的牵引力和制动力;在垂直方向给车体以弹性支撑;在列车的纵向和横向提供柔性连接和限位的作用。由于具有结构易调整、减振降噪功能显著、质量轻、安装使用方便等优点,正在逐渐替代原有的金属弹簧。国外对于V形弹簧的研究日渐成熟,而我国还处于引进仿制阶段。本文在开发试制不同结构和型号V形弹簧的基础上,结合国外产品技术规范和有关报道,总结了有关V形弹簧的试验和数据处理方法,重点介绍了三向静刚度试验、粘结强度试验、极限载荷试验、蠕变试验、疲劳试验方法等,并简单介绍了V形弹簧的结构和工作原理。 Chevron spring with the rubber and metal samdwich structure have been used in the primary suspension of locomotive and vehicle.It has the effect of transmitting pull and brake of wheel pairs, flexible support of bodywork in vertical, supplying flexible connection and limit in longitudinal and lateral. Since chevron spring has the property of easy adjusting the structure, the excellent damping property, light weight and facility setting and using property, it will substitute metal spring. The research on chevron spring is grown up aboard, but it is still in the stage of copy in our country. In this paper, the testing method and data processing method are concluded, which based on our research on the trial- manufacture of vary kinds and structure of chevron spring and outland report and technical specification. The methods of stiffness test, bond stiffness test, proof load test, creeping test and endurance test are introduced in detail. The structure and work mechanism of chevron spring are introduced simply.
