某商用车发动机悬置静刚度的计算及实验测试 被引量:1

摘要 以某车用的发动机复合型橡胶悬置为研究对象,分别采用经验计算公式、有限元计算软件和实验测试,取得其三向静刚度值。对比分析这三种静刚度获取方法的相对误差,并给出误差的可能来源。但相对误差均在工程实践误差允许的范围内(<15%),故得出用这三种求解该悬置的静刚度的方法均具有参考性的结论,其静刚度的结果均对缩短产品开发周期具有一定的价值。 Three methods, including empirical formulas, finite element analysis and experimental test, are employed for studying a composite rubber mount of a commercial vehicle' s engine. Its three-dimensional static stiffness is obtained. Then relative errors of the three methods are analyzed and compared one another. The possible sources of the errors are given. However, the relative errors are found to be within the allowance (〈15%) in engineering practice. Thus, as to this specific engine mount, the aforementioned methods for the three-dimensional static stiffness are acceptable and can shorten the cycle of product development.
