摘要
为缩短地铁车辆橡胶轴箱定位器的开发周期,设计合理的橡胶自由面形状,综合利用HyperMesh和Abaqus的非线性有限元分析功能完成自由面在整个受力过程中的变形情况模拟;对橡胶轴箱定位器进行三向刚度分析预测,根据有限元模拟情况完成橡胶自由面的优化设计.该方法为综合采用HyperMesh和Abaqus实现自由面模拟设计与优化提供设计实例.
To shorten the development cycle of metro vehicle rubber axle box positioner and design a reasonable free surface shape of rubber,the nonlinear finite element analysis functions of HyperMesh and Abaqus are integrated to simulate the deformation of the free surface during the whole force-bearing process.The three-directional stiffness analysis on rubber axle box positioner is analysed and predicted,and the optimization design of the rubber free surface is performed according to the simulation results of finite element analysis.The method provides practical example for simulation design and optimization of the free surface by using HyperMesh and Abaqus comprehensively.
