摘要
通过试验手段对疲劳荷载这一影响橡胶支座时效特性的最主要因素加以研究。与一般的疲劳试验不同,所述的时效特性试验并非校验试验,而是在疲劳试验进程中,定期采集橡胶支座的载荷-变形数据,进而得到橡胶支座的等效动刚度及等效阻尼比等重要参数与试验持续时间的变化关系。如果将加速疲劳试验时间折算到正常工况下的工作年份,便可以得到橡胶支座的物理力学特性与工作年份的变化关系。
Rubber bearings are very important components of the floating slab track system in urban rail transport. However the physical deterioration of rubber bearings may take place because of the air oxidation, ozone ageing and especially the random fatigue loads, which will be investigated in this paper ex- petimentally. Different from the traditional fatigue test which was usually carried out to check out whether the specimen failed after the test, the experiment introduced creatively acquires the load and the displacement information in the whole process. The relationships between equivalent stiffness and duration and between equivalent damping ratio and duration of the rubber beatings can be derived simultaneously. Furthermore, the relation between the physical deterioration and duration of the rubber beating can be obtained.
