摘要
针对现有机车车辆悬挂部件试验装置存在的不足,通过优化试验装置配重砝码结构等方式,设计既适用于悬挂部件阻尼特性试验,又适用于蠕变试验的装置。优化后的试验装置具有运行平稳、摩擦系数小以及响应快捷等特点。有限元仿真分析表明,试验装置的结构可行、合理,并且各项设计参数满足试验要求。
With a view to the defects of existing test device for railway vehicle suspension components,by means ofoptimizing the structure of counterweights for the test device and other methods,a device is designed for both damp-ing characteristic test and creep test. The test device is featured in stable operation, low friction coefficient andquick response,etc. Based on the finite element simulation analysis,the feasibility and rationality in the verifica-tion test device structure,as well as each design parameter can meet the test requirements.
