摘要
本文用合成饲料控制锰含量,实验动物分2组,常锰组和高锰组,喂8周后处死。对心肌标本作常规光学、电镜、细胞化学及硝酸镧电子示踪观察。实验结果表明,高锰组大鼠心肌和心肌膜系统呈现不同程度损伤;心肌琥珀酸脱氢酶和细胞色素氧化酶活性下降;心肌线粒体明显肿胀和空泡变。提示过量锰引起心肌损伤的主要环节可能是损害线粒体的结构和功能。
The manganese contents in artificial synthetic food were controlled. According to level of manganese contents, male wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: normal manganese group and excessive manganese group. After eight weeks and twelve weeks of feeding, these rats were killed respectively and the hearts were removed immediately. The myocardial specimens were cxamined by light microscope, conventional and cytochemical electron microscope. The main findings were: focal coagulation necrosis of the cardial muscle can be Produced in rat with excessive manganese food. The lesion of the ectomenbranous system of the myocardial cell were observed. Activity of cytochemical reaction was decreased in cytochrome oxidasese and succinate dehydrogenase of mitochondria in excessive manganese group. These findings indicated that lesion of myocardial ectomembranous system, cytochrome oxidase and succinate dehydrogenase changes may play an important role in the pathogenesis of the myocardial lesion in excessive manganese rats.
