摘要
21世纪商业环境最为明显的特点就是不断加速的变化和不断更新的知识。在这种环境下,虚拟企业组织模式被越来越多地采用。同时,因为知识的复杂变化,使得知识转移和创新变成了企业适应市场变化,提升竞争力的关键要素。从影响知识转移的因素入手,提出了虚拟企业基于知识地图的知识转移的3个阶段,并对各个阶段知识的变化进行了分析。
In the 21th century,the business environment＇s obvious characteristics are the accelerating changes and the constant updating of knowledge. In this environment, more and more virtual enterprise organization models have been used. At the same time, the complex changes in knowledge make the transfer of knowledge and the innovation become the key elements for enterprise to adapt to changes in the market, and to enhance the competitiveness. This paper, based on the factors which affect the transfer of knowledge, reachs the virtual enterprise knowledge transfer in three phases which based on knowledge maps, and analyzes the changes in various stages of knowledge.
