摘要
核心能力概念的提出,不仅为战略管理研究开拓了新的领域,而且引导不少企业在激烈竞争中取胜。但是,随着企业外部竞争环境日趋复杂,核心能力刚性问题日益显现出来。本文认为核心能力刚性的产生主要是因为企业历史发展的路径依赖性,沉没成本效应和替代效应以及人类线性思维方式的局限性。据此,本文提出的企业应对措施包括:构建知识联盟,发挥非正式组织的作用,有效结合线性与非线性思维方式以及建立学习型组织。
The theory of core capability not only develops a new field for strategic management research but also helps many firms to create competitive advantages. But, in a turbulent environment, core rigidities will emerge at last. This article believes that reasons of core rigidities mainly are path - dependence, sunk cost effect and substitute effect, linear - thinking. So, ways to overcome core rigidities include building knowledge links, connecting linear and nonlinear thinking, emphasizing the importance of informal organization and creating learning organization.
