摘要
认为从区域的视角研究创新集群的知识转移问题,有利于提高区域范围内的知识创新能力,促进新技术、新知识在区域的传播和知识价值的实现,有利于提高区域经济的增长质量。区域创新集群发挥作用的关键环节是要实现区域内的知识转移。将研究区域范围作为切入点,运用知识势差理论,分析区域创新集群知识转移的机理,根据驱动区域创新集群形成的关键要素,从政府引导、资本推动、市场需求以及相关利益主体的利益驱动4个方面构建区域创新集群的知识转移模式,为区域创新集群的发展提供理论参考。
Researching the problem of the transfer of knowledge from the perspective of regional innovation clusters can help improve the knowledge innovation ability of the area within the scope, promote the spread of new technology and new knowledge in the area, realize the value of knowledge, and improve the quality of the regional economic growth. The key link of the role regional innovation clusters play is to realize the knowledge transfer within the region. The research of regional area as a starting point, we analyze the knowledge transfer mechanism in regional innovation clusters by using the knowledge potential difference theory. According to the key factors which drive the formation of regional innovation clusters, we construct the knowledge transfer mode of regional innovation clusters from four aspects guidance of government, promotion of capital, market needs and the interests driving of stakeholders, hoping to provide theory reference for the regional innovation clusters.
