摘要
分析了目前国内知识服务平台存在的问题,在解读英国国家知识服务计划目标以及4个功能模块的基础上,探讨并建立面向技术创新的知识服务平台模型,最后阐述知识服务平台主要模块的功能及相关的支撑技术。
This article analyzes the problems existing in the current domestic knowledge service platform, and explores and establishes the model of knowledge service platform for technology innovation on the basis of interpreting the objectives and 4 functional modules of the British national knowledge service plan. Finally, the article describes the functions and relevant support technologies of the knowledge service platform.
