摘要
目的 研究人胎儿脾 NPY,CGRP,SP和 VIP神经的分布和意义 .方法 应用抗 NPY,CGRP,SP和 VIP的ABC免疫组织化学法结合 GDN显色技术研究人胎儿脾肽能神经的定位和分布 .结果 NPY- IR神经纤维沿脾的动脉、静脉及其分支走行 ,在被膜、小梁、白髓、红髓和边缘区亦有分布 .CGRP- IR和 SP- IR神经纤维在脾脏的分布相同 ,主要沿脾动脉走行 ,中央动脉周围尤为丰富 ,白髓和红髓的淋巴组织中有少许分布 .VIP- IR神经纤维主要分布在中央动脉周围 ,白髓和边缘区有零星分布 .人脾肽能神经纤维末梢与免疫细胞接触密切 ,揭示它们对免疫细胞的发育和活性具有调节作用 .结论 人脾含 NPY,CGRP,SP和 VIP神经的发现 。
AIM To study the distribution and significance of NPY , CGRP , SP , VIP containing nerves in the spleen of human fetus. METHODS The localization and distributionof peptidergic nerves in the human fetal spleen were identified with anti NPY, CGRP, SP, VIP immunohistochemical ABC method combined with nickel enhancement technique. RESULTS The nerve fibers containing NPY immunoreactivity were mainly distributed along the branches of arteries and veins. They were also observed in the capsule, in the lymphoid tissues of white pulp, red pulp and marginal zone. Fibers staining for CGRP and SP were completely overlapped indicating coexistence. They were present in perivascular plexus supplying arteries. Some CGRP IR and SP IR fibers traveled between the lymphoid tissue of white pulp and red pulp. VIP IR nerve fibers occurred around the central arterioles. Only very rarely did they course in the lymphoid parenchyma. The positive fibers were closely contacted with immunocytes, which suggested that they might regulate the development and activity of immunocytes. CONCLUSION These findings provide morphological evidence for studies concerning the neuropeptide involved in the regulation of the local spleen immune function.
