摘要
课程改革是学校改革的核心,设计和实施高质量的课程对于追求卓越的学校来说是一项重要的因素,三级课程管理模式使得学校有更多的课程自主权,科学合理高效地实施学校课程管理,提高教师教学效能、促进学校的改革与发展,都离不开校长的课程领导。调查中发现农村中小学校长在课程领导的作用、方略、角色定位、能力等方面存在一些特点与问题。科学分析问题,寻求解决思路,重新定位并进一步提升校长课程领导能力,以此促进基础教育课程改革发展,是教育理论和实践工作者的责任。
Curriculum reform is the core of school reform. Designing and carrying out the high quality curriculum is the main factor to the schools which goes forward excellently. The management model of three level curriculums gives school more authorities on curriculum. Without the principals of curriculum leading, we couldn't use the curriculum management authority scientifically to improve efficiency of teachers' instruction or the reform and development of school. Investigation shows the characteristic of the primary and middle schools principals in the function, strategy, position, and ability of curriculum leading and the present problems. Therefore, analyzing problems scientifically, searching methods, re - orientating and enhancing the curriculum leading ability of principals to promote the development of basic education curriculum reform is the obligatory responsibilities of educational researchers and practitioners.
