摘要
采用酸性染料对改性PTT纤维进行常压沸染。试验表明,未加入共聚酰胺添加剂时,由于纤维上没有可以吸收酸性染料的基团,上染率极低;当纤维中添加剂的摩尔百分含量达到3%时,红、黄、灰三种染料的上染率有了明显的改善。优化染色工艺为:pH值5,缓染剂2 g/L,染色时间60 min。随着胺添加剂的加入,改性PTT纤维耐摩擦牢度和耐洗色牢度都有了一定的提高,均不低于4级,纤维的染色深度增大。
Dyeing of modified PTT fiber with acid dyes was under taken at 100℃ under normal pressure. Without copolyamide additive, the dye uptake of pure PTT fiber was lower. With the adding of the 3% additive, the dye uptake of red, yellow and grey dyes rose remarkably. The optimal dyeing process was pH value 5, retardant 2 g/L, and dyeing time 60 minutes. The dye depth, and rubbing fastness and washing fastness of modified PTT fiber was improved to above 4 grades.
