摘要
制备了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-层状硅酸盐(LS)纳米复合材料(NPET),其分子量高、分布窄、力学性能好且薄膜较透明。选择处理剂分子链长短、控制其与基体之间的强或弱相互作用、控制LS加量与加入方式,可得到稳定高性能的NPET。LS以干态或湿态加入使PET结晶速率提高3倍左右,无机相以平均30nm~70nm尺度分散于PET基体,有约3%~4%数量的凝聚粒子与基体相分离,使NPET冲击韧性下降。
Poly(ethylene terephthalate)-layered silicate (LS) nanocomposites (NPET) were prepared by an intercalation polymerization. NPET has high molecular weight, high film′s tranperency and mechanical properties with narrow molecular distribution just by selecting the intercalants with proper chain length, controlling LS load and its treatment, and producing a strong and/or weak interaction of reagents with PET. Results show that LS added in dry or wet way to PET produces NPET with 300% high crystallization rate, 30 nm^70 nm of particle size, and about 3%~4% (in number) agglomerations, which are phase separated from PET matrix, and reduce PET toughness.
