摘要
羊毛经氯化处理后,磷片层受损,使羊毛的染色性能发生了变化。文章叙述了氯化处理对羊毛染色的上染速率,染浴pH值,起染温度和升温速度的影响,并以兰纳洒脱染料染中深色工艺为例,分析了普通羊毛与氯化处理羊毛染色工艺的不同。
Due to there are scales on wool surface,the dyestuffs are prevented to diffuse into the internal of the fiber when dyeing.After chloriantion treatment,the scales are destroyed,the barrier of dyeing is removed,so the dyeing properties of wool are different.
