HBP-HTC改性真丝织物酸性染料染色性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用端氨基超支化合物季铵盐(HBP-HTC)对真丝织物进行阳离子改性处理,实现了真丝织物酸性染料低温中性染色,并研究了改性真丝织物酸性染料染色性能.结果表明:经改性的真丝织物能够在pH=7、温度为55℃的条件下实现酸性染料的染色,并对弱酸性染料和强酸性染料均具适用性;改性处理对酸性染料染色的匀染性和色牢度无影响. In order to achieve dyeing in neutral condition at low-temperature, silk fabric was treated with cationic modifying agent HBP-HTC (quaternary ammonium salt of amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer) and dyeability of the modified silk fabric were investigated. The result showed that the modified silk fabric was possible to dye in neutral condition at 55 ℃ with both weak acid dyes and leveling acid dyes. The modified dyeings had similar level-dyeing property and fastness compared to the conventional dyeings.
