摘要
利用端氨基超支化合物(HBP-NH2)对桑蚕丝进行改性处理,以实现桑蚕丝织物酸性染料低温中性染色,研究了改性桑蚕丝酸性染料染色性能。结果表明:经改性的桑蚕丝织物对于酸性染料的染色性能有所提高,能够实现酸性染料在中性、较低温度下的染色,并对弱酸性染料和强酸性染料均具适用性;改性处理对酸性染料染色的匀染性和色牢度基本没有影响。
In order to achieve dyeing in neutral condition at low-temperature, mulberry silk fabric was treated with the amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer (HBP-NH2) and dyeability of the modified mulberry silk fabric was investigated. The results showed that the modified silk fabric improved the dyeability, which was possible to dye in neutral condition at low temperature with both weak acid dyes and leveling acid dyes. The modified dyeing had similar level-dyeing property and color fastness compared to the conventional dyeing.
