摘要 用PVA、纤维素等材料将从土壤中分离得到的一株好氧乙醇菌包埋,制备的微生物膜与极谱型氧电极结合,制成乙醇微生物电极,其线性范围为 0.3~12.0 mg/L,响应时间小于5min,测定的最适宜PH为6.4~7.3,电极连续使用三个月信号基本稳定。用该电极测定啤酒等样品的结果与气相色谱法具有可比性。 One breed of aerobic ethanol bacteria separated from soil was entrapped by PVA and cellulose, and immobilized microbial membrane was prepared. This membrane was fur- ther combined with a polarographic oxygen electrode to prepare the ethanol microbial elec- trode. The linear range of this electrode is 0. 3~12. 0mg/L. The response time is less than 5 min. The appropriate pH is in the range of 6. 4~7. 3. The response singal has been basically stable for three months. The content of ethanol in beer etc. was determined by this electrode and the results are comparable with those by gas chromatography.
