摘要
含Cr、Si各4~5%的耐热球墨可锻铸铁是一种缩松倾向小、抗渗漏性能良好的新型耐%热铸铁。着重研究了其耐热性(主要是抗氧化性),初步分析了它的氧化膜成分与结构。最后得出:在950℃条件下,其抗氧化性较中硅耐热球铁高出一个数量级。
Heatresisting nodular malleable cast iron containing 4 ~ 5% Cr and Si respectively is a new modle heatresisting cast iron that has the less tendency of shrinkage and better leakage resistance. The paper mainly inquires into its heat resistance (mainly oxidationresisting) and preliminaryly analyses its oxide film's constitution and structure. At last it is concluded that under 950℃, it can be higher one order of magnitude in improvement of oxidationresisting than medium silion heatresisting modular iron.
