摘要
观察了耐热球墨可锻铸铁经洛氏硬度试验后留下的凹坑及凹坑纵切面的形貌.结合金属塑性成型原理及金属切削变形原理,初步分析了铸铁在硬度试验中的受力情况及变形过程.并对耐热球墨可锻铸铁的硬度(HRC30~35)和良好的切削加工性的原因做出了解释.
The appearance of pothole and the longitudinal section of pothole left by the experiment of Rockwell hardness of heatresisting nodular malleable cast iron was surveyed.Combined the principle of metal plastic forming and the principle of metal cutting deformation,the stress and deformation of cast iron were preliminarily analyzed in hardness experiment.At last, the reason was explained towards the state that heatresisting nodular malleable cast iron have both higher hardness(HRC?3035) and better cutting capability.
