摘要
探讨HD型铸铁 (一种耐海水腐蚀低合金铸铁 )高温氧化时能否形成类似保护膜的研究结果表明 ,HD铸铁在高温下形成的氧化膜与一般铸铁无本质区别 ,其抗氧化性主要与铸铁中Cr、Al。
HD type of cast iron is a low alloy cast iron with corrosion resistance in seawater. Although a small amount of alloying elements are added in it, its seawater corrosion resistance is obviously improved. This is primarily attributed to the protective surface coating formed of alloying elements such as Cr, Cu, Si, Al and C. However, it is rendered whether the similar protective coating can be formed at high temperature being discussed in the paper. The test results indicate that there is no essential difference between the structure of the oxide film of HD type of cast iron forming at high temperature and that of general cast irons, and its resistance to oxidation is mainly related to the amounts of Cr, Al, Si in the cast iron.
