摘要
综述了块体非晶合金材料研究发展的历史和现状。介绍了主要的非晶合金体系及其国内外发展状况,并从块体非晶合金材料形成的成分与结构条件、热力学条件和动力学条件等方面阐述了块体非晶合金形成和稳定存在的机制。较全面地列出并介绍了目前块体非晶合金材料的制备方法及其特色,并总结了非晶合金的性能特征和应用现状。
The D&R status quo of bulk amorphous alloys has been reviewed. The main amorphous alloy systems and their progresses in domestic and overseas fields are introduced. The formation mechanism and the stability of amorphous alloys, the composition and structure to form amorphous alloys materials, the thermodynamics and kinetics conditions for the preparation of amorphous alloys, are described in the paper. The preparation methods and their features are listed and introduced, respectively, and the properties and applications of the bulk amorphous alloys are summarized.
