摘要
根据铸态高塑性中硅钼球铁的技术要求,详细论述了中硅钼球铁材料制造过程的技术难点,通过大量的试验研究,获得了球化率稳定在90%以上、珠光体质量分数在5%以下、延伸率在10%以上的高塑性中硅钼球墨铸铁,并测定了Mo对中硅钼球铁材料的高温力学性能的影响.
According to the technical requirements of high ductile 4.0% Si- Mo alloyed ductile iron,the key technical problems are discussed in details. Through great deal of tests and researches the ductile iron has been made,which has the stable nodularity above 90%,the mass fraction of pearlite below 5% and the ductlity above 10%. Influences of molybdenum on the high temperature mechanical properties of the ductile iron have been measured.
