摘要
结合军区推行医院全成本核算管理的实践,从推行医院全成本核算管理的基本思考、改革举措、初步成效、几点启示四个方面进行了深刻的阐述,重点介绍了推行全成本核算管理的创新管理模式、改进运行机构、建立核算体系、构建信息平台等改革举措。
Combining the practice of implementing overall cost accounting,four aspects were discussed as basic problems,reform measures,effects and some hints.The focus were those measures in the new mode as improving the institution,establishing accounting system,setting up information plat etc.
