摘要
根据国家医药卫生体制改革新形势,为探索军区医院卫生经济管理工作新方法、新思路,结合工作实践,从管理规范化、基础标准化、手段智能化、人才复合化等方面提出了推动军区医院卫生经济管理工作科学发展的对策。
Focus on new position of the reform of national medical care system,the author introduced the new methods and new ideas of hospital economy management combination with the practice.Some countermeasures were put forward to promote the scientific development of military hospitals in following aspects： normalized management,standardized foundation,intelligent measures,and diversified talent.
