摘要
医院要实现可持续发展,必须树立和落实科学的医院发展观。医院科学的发展观必须体现以人为本的理念,要以病人为中心,以员工满意为工作的出发点和归宿。医教研全面发展、协调发展,必须体现“三个代表”的重要思想,可持续发展,则必须走出内涵建设,创新运转之路,这样才能实现永续创新、高效低耗的发展目标。要实现医院的可持续发展,则必须构建医院的核心竞争力,对军队教学医院而言,就是要建设重点学科,培养创新人才队伍,强化科技创新能力,树立临床治疗品牌不断强化经营观念。只有走内涵建设和经营管理创新之路,才能增强医院核心竞争力,医院才能可持续发展。
To realize the sustainable development of hospital, the scientific hospital develop view must be established and implemented. Hospital scientific development view must reflect the idea of people first, regard 'patient oriented' as the primary task, and regard the satisfaction of the staff as the starting point and home of the work. Medicine, teaching and research should develop in an all-round way and coordinated, and must reflect the important thought of 'Three Represents', develop sustainably. Must take the way of intension construction and innovation to realize continuous innovation and high-efficient development goal. Must construct the core competitiveness of the hospital to realize the sustainable development. As to military teaching hospital, it means building key subjects, training the innovative talent team, strengthening scientific and technological innovation ability, establishing the clinical brand of treating and strengthening the idea of operation constantly. Only by means of intension construction and operation management innovation, could the hospital strengthen the core competitiveness and realize sustainable development.
