摘要
本文介绍某军区构建医院成本核算管理信息平台,加强卫生经济管理的主要做法,分析存在问题,并总结体会:加强卫生经济管理信息系统建设与应用,必须做好信息系统集成;必须加强数据维护与管理;必须注重软件操作使用培训。
The main experience was introduced to build up hospital information platform to strengthen the management of hygienic economy applied in a military hospital.First,the materials and budget management were integrated into an information platform to achieve the automatic management of the cost accounting for health care.Second,all the charge items were put into the net work system to achieve the automatic accounting of the medical income.Third,the cost accounting and general analysis system were integrated to achieve the automatic analysis of the hospital operating conditions.The remaining problems were analyzed and summarized as well: the construction and application of the platform should be supported by the integration of the information system,the maintenance and management of the data,and attaching the importance to the training of software operation.
