摘要
介绍了创“百佳医院”的基本做法:(1)抓住缩短平均住院日这个核心环节;(2)坚持合理检查、合理用药,让利于病人,实惠于病人;(3)将病人满意度作为评判医疗服务的惟一标准。并提出几点启示:(1)观念创新是深化医院改革的内在动力;(2)管理创新是深化医院改革的中心环节;(3)制度创新是深化医院改革的基本保证。
Practical experience in 'Hundred Exemplary Hospitals' activity are described from dimensions: grasp the shortening of average hospitalization duration as the key link; ensure appropriate, effective, efficient use of examinations, drugs, and other medical procedures, with each expense having the best value for the case; encourage initiatives which facilitate idee improvement as the internal molive forcefov the hospital in - depth reform, take management as the central link of the reform, make rules and regulations system the basic guarantee of the reform; regard service client' s level of satisfaction as the highest standard to assess the service quality and the reform success; substantially contribute to hospital services modernization, medical Sci - Tech progress, social and economic benefits.
