摘要
目的:探讨一种新的重睑方法。方法:在术前设计的重睑线外侧部切开3～5mm皮肤,经切口剪除重睑线下的睑板前组织及部分眶隔脂肪等,如同缝线法重睑一样,将皮肤与睑板直接缝合形成自然的重睑。结果:本组96例病例,随访3月-5年,术后反应轻,消肿快,重睑外形自然,稳定持久,无明显瘢痕,效果满意。结论:该方法切口小,瘢痕少,重睑自然,易于操作,效果确切持久,是一种比较理想的重睑方法,但不适合重度超力型和上睑皮肤松弛者。
Objective To explore a new method of doubling eyelid operation. Methods Doubling eyelid lines had been designed before operation. A incision of 3-5mm was made on the lateral part of the upper eyelid. Partial orbicular muscle of eye, orbital fat and connective tissues were removed, and the eyelid skin was fixed to the tarsus. Results 96 cases were operated with this method. All them get a good results. Postoperative eyelid swollen was slight and easy to recover. Conclusions The double eyelid anaplasty with mini-incision is a simple and effective method.
