摘要
目的探讨三点式小切口重睑成形术治疗单睑及上睑臃肿的疗效。方法在重睑线的内、中、外处分别作3mm的小切口，切除切口下方睑板前眼轮匝肌，上睑臃肿者切除部分脂肪，对位间断缝合。结果本组150例患者均于半个月内消肿，经6～12个月随访，外形自然，无严重并发症，115例非常满意，35例满意，无不良反应的发生。结论三点式小切口重睑成形术创伤小、恢复快，所形成的重睑形态自然、美观，是一种简便有效的手术方法。
Objective To explore the effect of three small incision for double eyelid treatment of single eyelid and the efficacy of upper eyelid swollen. Methods In the double eyelid line, at the middle and outer 3mm respectively, do the small incision, excision tarsal below incision the,orbic-ularis muscle,bloated by removal of part of the upper eyelid fat,interrupted suture. Results 150 patients in this group swelling disappeared in the half month, 6 to 12 months of follow- up, natural shape, no serious complications, 115 patients are very satisfied, 35 satisfied. Conclusion Three small incision for double eyelid has less trauma, quicker recovery, the formation of double eyelid shape natural beauty, is a simple and effective method.
