摘要
目的:利用计算机拟态学方法,完善点式重睑术。方法:根据采集信息与美学参数的比照,术者与求美者共同使用Adobe Photoshop行眼形设计,优化其设计效果,并按设计行点式重睑术完成该设计。结果:术者与求美者共同设计最佳形态,术前设计符合求美者的心理要求,术后效果佳,求美者满意度高。结论:计算机拟态眼形设计的点式重睑术临床应用效果佳,能达到求美者的要求,降低手术风险,利于操作。
Objective： To mimic the eye-shaped design with computer and improve point double eyelid surgery.Methods：Based on the information collected and aesthetic reference contrast,doctors and patients commonly used Adobe Photoshop mapping software to design eye shape,and optimized the effects,and completed the design in accordance with point double eyelid surgery.Results：Doctors and patients commonly worked out the best form of preoperative design which were consistent with the patients＇ psychological requirements.Patients were very satisfied with the results.Conclusion：The clinical effect of point double eyelid surgery for eye-shaped design by computer mimicry is good,which can reach patients＇ requests.Its application can reduce risks in surgery and is convenient for operation.
