摘要
目的 :探讨埋线重睑术并发症的成因及治疗方法。方法 :回顾该中心 8年间共行埋线重睑术的 2 0 2 2例受术者中出现并发症的 2 97例 (占埋线重睑术的 14 % )患者 ,进行总结回顾 ,分析其形成的原因 ,并讨论了治疗方法。结果 :2 97例患者产生的并发症主要有 :重睑线变浅或消失 ;线结外露 ;上睑紧缩及异物感 ;皮下异物性结节 ;表皮样囊肿 ;重睑线不对称 ;上睑下垂。经重新手术修整 ,效果满意。结论 :埋线重睑术虽术式简单、操作容易 ,但仍有一定比例的并发症出现 。
To study the causes and treatments of complications of double eyelid plasty with buried suture Methods:We reviewed 2022 patients who performed double eyelid plasty with buried suture in past eight years Among those patients,297 cases,accounting for 14 percent,represented some complications After then we analyzed the causes and discussed the treatment of the complications Results:The complications involve:double eyelid disappear or superficial?knot exposure?upper lid tighten and has foreign body sensation?subcutaneous nodule?subepidermal cyst?asymmetry and ptosis Through reoperative correction,we got the good results in those 297 cases who had some complications Conclusion:Although double eyelid plasty with buried suture procedure is simple,and easy to perform,still have some complications occurence,so we should pay attention to and try our best to avoid
