摘要
目的:介绍一种简便有效、恢复快的三点小切口重睑成形术,详细阐述该方法的手术要点、重睑成形术所遵循的原则等。方法:术前上睑皮肤三点定位,分别设计并切开形成三个3mm皮肤小切口,用眼科有齿镊夹出上睑板前轮匝肌并剪去,将皮肤切口皮下组织与睑板前筋膜缝合固定。结果:采用三点小切口重睑成形术160例,效果满意。结论:三点小切口重睑成形术创伤小、恢复快,所形成的重睑形态自然、美观,是一种简便有效的手术方法。
Objective To introduce a simple and effective operation with micro-cut three-suturing duble eyelid plasty. The operative key points and principles were discussed in detail. Methods Three mini-incisions about 3mm were made in the upper eyelid. Partial orbicular muscular were removed, and the eyelid skin was fixed to the tarsus. Results 160 patients were operated with the method. The result was satisfactory. Conclusion The double eyelid operation with three mini-incisions is a simple and effective method with less wound and faster recovery and natural beauty..
