摘要
博士生教育本质上是创新教育。培养博士生的创新能力需要教育体制的创新,还应注意处理好以下诸关系:有、无之辩,博、专之辩,空、实之辩,微、显之辩,本、末之辩,师、徒之辩。
The essence of the graduates education is innovation, for if there is no innovation, there will be no social progress. In order to improve the postgraduates ability, we should not only change the system of the education, but also cope with some relations, such as having versus not having, broad versus specific, absolute versus practical, micro versus macro, trunk versus branch, etc.
