摘要
培养创新型研究生是优化我国研究生教育质量、增强高校创新能力和提高国家整体创新水平的重要举措。厘清什么是创新型研究生,哪些因素影响创新型研究生的培养,以及如何培养和评价创新型研究生是高校进行高层次创新型研究生培养的基础。从文献研究的角度对这几个问题进行探讨和分析,可以对创新型研究生的培养作全面、整体的认识。
The development of innovative students in the postgraduate program is a guarantee for optimizing the postgraduate education,enhancing the tertiary institutional innovativeness and upgrading the overall innovative strength of the nation.The definition of innovative postgraduates,the extraction of the factors influencing the training of innovative postgraduates and the approaches to and the evaluation on the training are essential to the advanced innovative postgraduate training.Some issues in the training of innovative postgraduates are discussed on the basis of previous studies in the hope of throwing light on the comprehensive cognition on the training.
