摘要
本文对高等学校实行导师制这一教学制度理论上尚需明确定位,实践上尚需认真规范的问题进行了论述。
The tutor system has been practicing in almost all universities and colleges nowadays. But the system has not been orientated definitely in theory and standardized in practice fully. The author puts forward the plans that solve this problem.
