摘要
传统的本科教育模式已不能完全适应新世纪社会发展对创新性人才的培养要求 ,建构本科生导师制是对传统教学模式的补充 ,是能使教师和学生获得教学相长的良好的教学模式 ,是一种崭新的本科教育管理过程 ,是提高本科生教育教学质量的有效措施 .
Traditional model of undergraduate education don′t fit in with the requirements to train innovational talents for social development at new century.To construct the tutor system of undergraduate is the complement to traditional teaching model.It is a good way to attain to progress of both teaching and learning,a new management process of undergraduate education,also is a available measure to raise the teaching quality of undergraduate education.
