摘要
牛津大学的学院制和导师制对一流人才的培养有其独特的长处 ,在我国实现高等教育大众化的进程中 ,能否在大学本科阶段施行导师制 ,以提升学生的学习质量 。
The tutor system in Cambridge in an advantage in training first rate talents. The paper discusses the possibilities of carrying out the tutor system in our universities in the process of China's popularization of education so that we can improve the learning qualities of our students.The author holds that this is worth further studies and trying.
