葵花籽由于其种植广泛、经济效益高而在食品工业中有诸多开发。葵花籽不仅可提取油脂、蛋白质、糠醛、绿原酸等,还可用于提取天然色素,制作饮料及乳制品,其开发潜力很大。
There is extensive cultivation and high economic value of sunflower seed. So it is a lot of exploitations in food technology. The sunflower seed is not only used by extraction of oil, protein, furfural, chlorogenic acid etc, but also used by extraction of natural pigment, and production of beverages and dairy, it's a great potential for exploitation.
