摘要
在知识经济日趋发展的今天,终身学习的热潮不仅成为政府决策层面的主要手段,也极大影响了大学的发展规划及思想观点。日本是较早开展终身学习的国家之一,其以大学为终身学习推广基地的策略更是在世界范围内产生了极大的影响。总结日本的经验,从中获得启示,对我国的大学乃至整个高等教育的发展具有一定的参考作用。
Nowadays, intelligence economy is a popular tendency. The upsurge ot life-long learmng ,ecomes a ,main, will affect the government ＇ s decision-making; it also will influence the developing plans and thoughts of universities. Japan is one of the countries which executed the policy of life-long learning in the earliest period. And Japan＇ s strategy which set universities as the bases for extending such policy brought a great worldwide effect. Summing up Japan＇ s experience and draw some revelations from it will be a consuhable deed that may affect universities and the development of high education in China.
