摘要
大学特色来源于大学的本质与规律。因此,遵循了大学的本质与发展规律,大学就可以办出特色。办学特色培育拟从办学理念创新、分工协作意识、制度环境建构、组织管理、内在要素、开放性等方面研究对策。
University characteristics are nurtured from the essence and laws of universities. Characteristics can be generated as long as the university can adhere to the essence and laws of its development. Fostering university characteristics should be viewed from the aspects of the innovation of philosophy, division of functions, policy making, organizational management, inner factors, and the nature of openness.
