摘要
目的探讨PBL教学方法在手术室体位摆置带教中的教学效果。方法在2002级护理本科实习生的体位摆置带教中实施PBL教学。教学中以临床问题为基础,以护理程序为主线,着重于问题的提出、分析和解决。结果通过PBL教学方法的实施,极大地提高了护生的学习兴趣和临床实践能力。在提高护生学习积极性、护生对PBL教学方法的评价、带教老师对护生综合能力的评价3方面均取得较好的效果。结论在手术室体位摆置带教中应用PBL教学方法,可以增强教学的有效性,使护生的临床能力训练落到实处。
Objective In order to know the teaching effects of PBL teaching method for nursing students about arranging body position in operating room instruction, Methods Used PBL teaching method during instruction of arranging body position for nursing students in 2002, The methods with a main line of nursing program was based on the clinical problems and put emphasis on proposing, analysis and resolving problems. Results The studying interest and practical ability of nursing students were enhanced by using PBL instruction method. The teaching effectiveness was perfect in aspects of students" learning activity, appreciation of PBL method and the teachers" appreciation of students mixed ability, Conclusion The application of PBL method in arranging body position in operating room instruction can reinforce the validity of teaching,
