摘要 目的探讨采用以问题为基础的教学法对手术室新入科护士进行带教的效果。方法将46名新入科护士随机分成两组,每组各23名,试验组采用PBL教学法带教,对照组采用传统的以授课为基础的教学方法带教。通过考核的方式比较两组护士对理论和技能操作的掌握情况,同时采用问卷调查的方式比较两种护理教学方法的效果。结果试验组理论知识、技能操作考核成绩和带教效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法不同于传统的教学模式,能够提高手术室新入科护士学习的动机和兴趣、主动性和创造性及综合能力,并能够有效提高手术室护士带教工作的效果。 Objective To investigate the effect of teaching problem-based pedagogy on the operating room for new nurses.Methods 46 nurses were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group of 23 PBL teaching,23 in the control group using traditional teaching based teaching method teaching.By way of assessment were compared between the two groups of nurses grasp the theory and skills to operate,while using a questionnaire survey to compare the effects of the care and teaching methods.Results The theoretical knowledge,skills assessment score and teaching satisfaction surveys of the test group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method is different from the traditional mode of teaching can improve the operating room for new nurses learning motivation and interest,initiative and creativity and comprehensive capabilities,and can effectively improve the effect of operating room nurses with teaching work.
