摘要 本文研究了多种生物激活剂对红发夫酵母生长及虾青素形成的影响,实验结果表明适量添加肌苷、鸟苷和CMP促进作用明显。 The effects of bioactivators on growth and astaxanthin accumulation by Phaffia rhodozyma were studied partly. The results showed that carnine,guanosine and CMP had significant effect.
