应用高效液相色谱检测红法夫酵母胞内虾青素的含量 被引量:3

The Determination of Intracellular Astaxanthin of Phaffia rhodozyma by HPLC

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法定量地测定了红法夫酵母胞内虾青素的含量。色谱条件为 :色谱柱KromasilC18,5 μm ,(2 5 0× 4 6 )mm ;流动相为V(甲醇 )∶V(乙腈 ) =9∶1;流速 1 4mL/min ;检测波长 4 78nm ;柱温为室温。加标回收率为 98 2 %~ 10 0 8%。 The concentrations of intracellular astaxanthin of phaffia rhodozyma were deter*#mined quantitatively by HPLC. The chromatography conditions were: Kromasil C 18 , 5μm, (250×4.6)mm column, methanol-acetonitrile(9∶1) as mobile phase at 1.4*#mL/min, detection wavelength 478nm, room temperature. The recovery was 98.2%~100.8%.
