摘要
本文主要研究当今图书馆员快乐指数的结构及其对工作满意度的效应。通过t检验分析发现:图书馆员快乐指数的8个指标及其总指数,对其工作满意度的各因子均有不同程度的影响。总体来说,快乐指数水平越高,其工作满意度水平也相应较高。
The structure of librarians’ subjective well-being and its effects on their work satisfaction are analyzed in this research. Based on t-test, effects imposed on each factor of work satisfaction are found more or less from a total value of subjective well-being and eight factors. In sum, the higher level an individual librarian gets on subjective well-being, the higher level of satisfaction one's probable to get correspondingly.
