摘要
在高校图书馆员中普遍存在着“职业高原”现象,这种现象已经对高校图书馆员的职业生涯管理造成危害,文章对这种现象进行了剖析,并提出了解决“职业高原”问题的对策。
Based on the investigation,studies and data analyses towards academic libraries in Tianjin area,we realized that there is a phenomenon of＂Career Plateau＂ among academic librarians,which had threatened the career management.This paper analysis the phenomenon and puts forward some strategies of solving the problem.
