主要对米糠油的营养成分、活性物质、功能特性及米糠油的制取工艺、精炼过程等作了详细的综述,并对米糠油的研究现状进行了总结。米糠油具有丰富的营养价值和优良的保健功能,实为一种潜在的理想食用油脂,米糠中提取米糠油是对这一再生资源的充分利用。
This paper mainly gives a detailed review on bran oil' s nutritional components, active substance, functional characteristics, extraction technology and refinement. This paper also gives a summary of the research status quo of bran oil. Bran oil has abundant nutritional value and excellent health - care function. It is a kind of potential and ideal edible oil. Extracting bran oil from bran is a sufficient utilization of this resource.
