谷维素是环木菠萝醇类阿魏酸酯(药品有效成分)作为药品的商用名称,它并不包括所有的谷类种子油中所获得的阿魏酸酯,而是指主要含以环木菠萝醇类为主体的阿魏酸酯和甾醇类的阿魏酸酯所组成的一种天然混合物。本文详细阐述了谷维素的理化特性、组成、生理功能及其提取方法,并全面地介绍了谷维素在功能性食品中应用的研究现状。
Gu Weisu is the link jackfruit alcohol type asafoetida diethylene glycol dinitrate （drugs effective component） taking the drugs the commercial name.It does not plant the asafoetida diethylene glycol dinitrate which included all cereals in the obtained vegetable oil, but it was composed of the link jackfruit alcohol type one kind of natural mixture which composed for the main body asafoetida diethylene glycol dinitrate and the sterol class asafoetida diethylene glycol dinitrate.This article elaborated Gu Weisu the physics and chemistry characteristic in detail ,the composition ,the physiological function and the extraction method.And it introduced comprehensively the aoolioation research present situation of Gu Weisu in functionality food.
